Our firm has advised CONTINUUM HOTEL SERVICES in an operation to buy a hotel in Bilbao through a financial lease agreement.

CONTINUUM HOTEL SERVICES, hotel operator with extensive experience in Spain, becomes thus the new operator of the Holiday Inn Express hotel in Bilbao. This hotel, which is already working, is located close to the city airport and has 114 rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, parking and an airport shuttle.

Our work in this operation has been to offer legal support and legal advice to the client throughout the process of acquiring the property and transferring the hotel operating contracts.
