As a result of his experience and long career as a lawyer specialising in international affairs, Miguel Guerrero has founded the new law firm guerreroacosta abogados guerreroacosta abogados .
Miguel worked for many years with Cuatrecasas, where he trained in three different legal systems – French, Spanish and Moroccan – as well as gaining practical experience providing legal advice to companies in their projects and investments in these countries. Miguel has now decided to found his own firm, a “legal boutique” strongly focused on advising companies requiring international legal advice.
International legal advice for a global market.
guerreroacosta abogados offers advice on business law, but its major added value consists in providing legal advice on the laws of three different jurisdictions: France, Spain and Morocco. This enables the firm to accompany its clients directly in their projects in these three countries, based on the expert knowledge and practical experience gathered in such different legal systems.
France, Spain and Morocco form an important economic hub, sharing common features in their legal systems but also presenting differences that must be mastered to ensure the success of business transactions.
The new office is presented as an alternative to those purely domestic firms which generally have contacts in other countries, and even bilingual lawyers, but do not provide legal services in other jurisdictions. It is also positioned as an alternative to large law firms, offering a level of first-rate advice with capacity in several countries, and a close and personal style.
