Last Friday 8th May was held in Madrid the arbitration Open. The event was organized by the European Association of Arbitration, one of the main institutions of Spanish arbitration, and counted with the presence and intervention of the main Spanish players of national and international arbitration, in an original and dynamic format, attended by around 200 people.

Under the title “Crossing the strait, with whom?“, Miguel Guerrero made a brief intervention on guerreroacosta abogados‘ experience in arbitration in Morocco. In his speech, Miguel Guerrero stressed the particular interest of arbitration in that country for international economic operators, in a context where legal certainty is essential.
