As an expert in Spanish law, Miguel Guerrero attended the 23rd National Congress of commercial agents of France, held on March 27, 2015 in Champagne au Mont d’Or, near Lyon.
This congress is annually organized by the Professional Association of French Commercial Agents (APAC), main professional organization of this business in France. The Congress gathers a hundred of French commercial agents during a whole a day, on topics related to the activity of the members and of the organization.
Under the title “the particularities of commercial agents under Spanish law” the intervention of Miguel Guerrero had an eminently practical approach, emphasizing the main differences existing between French and Spanish laws on commercial agents.
