Specialising in Commercial Law, corporate and M&A, Yasmina Hammoumi Santaella has a remarkable international experience, including giving legal advice to companies in Moroccan law. For more than three years, she has been a legal advisor on foreign investment matters and operations in Morocco in different business and industrial areas. She has a double degree in Law and Political Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, first cycle of the International Diploma on Political Sciences (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris), and postgraduate studies in human development at the Universidad Católica de Santo Domingo and the UN Program for Development. Yasmina is a commercial mediator from the Centre Euro-méditerranéen de Médiation et d’Arbitrage. Yasmina started her professional career in the UN in 2009, in the international cooperation field, Humanitarian International Law and Socio-economic development. In 2010 she joined the law firm Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira as an associate solicitor at their offices in Casablanca, Morocco, where she specialised in Moroccan business law (commercial, corporate and labour) and actively participated in giving local legal advice to overseas companies.
